Product detailed description
Wooden dining chair designed by Jindřich Halabala for Uměleckoprůmyslové Závody in the 1940s. Halabala worked at the Brno headquarters of UP Závody, where he had been main architect and head of the studio since 1930. Halabala was originally a carpenter and later graduated from the School of Applied Arts under Professor Pavel Janák.
The seat and back are made of beech plywood with walnut veneer. The chair has been completely renovated in our workshop with a matt synthetic finish.
