Office chair designed by Martin Stoll for Stoll Giroflex in Switzerland. The classic design of the chair refers to the iconic lounge chair by Charles and Ray Eames. The shell of the chair is made of bent walnut wood with a distinctive pattern. The upholstery is in high quality black leather. The chair stands on a five-armed metal swivel base. Each arm has a wheel underneath for ease of movement. The chair is in very good original condition.
Stoll Giroflex is a Swiss manufacturer of seating furniture. The company was founded in 1872 and produced bentwood seating for cafés, hotels and shops. From 1912 they began to concentrate more on the production of office chairs.
