Nesting tables
Code: 2501015Product detailed description
Nesting tables designed by Jindřich Halabala for UP Závody in the 1940s.
The nesting tables consist of three parts and can be easily nested. They were originally painted red by the previous owner and we decided to keep the colour. They have been extensively restored in our workshop, with the red paint remaining.
The famous Czech functionalist furniture designer Jindřich Halabala was originally a cabinet maker and later graduated from the School of Applied Arts under Professor Pavel Janák. He worked for UP Závody as its chief architect from 1925 to 1955.
