A floor lamp type 1706 designed in the sixties by the Czech designer Josef Hůrka for the national enterprise Napako, Napako was established in 1919 by merging several small Prague businesses. From the forties the name of the company was connected with Josef Hůrka who was the author of many successful lights the company produced. The lamp has a tripod metal frame, the lampshade is made of metal wire net lined with parchment paper. The lamp is in an excellent original condition, it is fully functional, it works with one E27 light bulb (1 x 75W).
