Glass pendant light, made by the company Osvětlovací Sklo in the 1970s. The glassworks in the town of Valašské Meziříčí was once the main factory of S. Reich & Co., the largest manufacturer of lighting glass in Austro-Hungary, and later became the national enterprise Osvětlovací Sklo. The light’s shade is made from milk glass with a delicate pattern of opaque white blotches and air bubbles, so it casts a pleasant, diffuse light. The light is functional and in very good condition.
