Product detailed description
A woolen carpet from the fifties designed by Antonín Kybal, a textile artist and the founder of the Kybal's Textile School at the Academy of Arts, Architecture and Design in Prague. Later, they became mass produced due to the popularity they gained during the twentieth century. The carpet has a geometric pattern composed of contrastingly coloured rectangular fields. Geometric patterns are typical for Kybal's work from the fifties. The carpet is in an excellent condition, after industrial cleaning.
